Testimonial and Review Submissions
By submitting a testimonial and/or review the person submitting hereby consents to the use by Pareto’s Way LLC (and parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates) of all information (excluding contact information) that has been stated in the submission.
The submitter gives permission to Pareto’s Way LLC to publish their first name and age unless they have expressly asked to remain anonymous.
In addition, the submitter waive, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, all claims to compensation or damages based on the use of the submitters name, image, likeness by Pareto’s Way LLC. The submitter also waives any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph, webpage or other media format.
The submitter agrees that all submitted information and any intellectual property rights associated therewith, and all digital files shall remain the property of Pareto’s Way LLC.
The submitter warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and that are competent in their own name insofar as this consent is concerned. They further attest that they have read these terms and conditions of consent and fully understand its contents.
Jurisdiction
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Washington, District of Columbia, United States of America.
